The Publishing Industry

The classical publishing model looks a lot like the ivory towers of yore where authors must go begging to get into the club to breath the rarefied air. Classical publishers, no doubt, have the channel marketing prowess to create best sellers if you pay them enough, or at least successful sellers in their business model. They do not, however, have the bandwidth to serve all the authors that want to be published, nor serve the myriad possible interests available in the world of readership.

People want choice. Just like the music publishing business, people can pick and choose what they want from millions of available tracks. So, too, can Readers pick and choose from among a myriad of authors, but to date, neither authors or readers are being served to the levels possible.

Our Company

It is our objective to provide a context of partnership with our authors that is unique in the industry, and that allows our authors to succeed together. Both C&A and our authors form teams designed to build our mutual success.

Our Team

Our founders are experienced in both publishing and running successful companies for over 20 years.  They are writers and business people with a passion for both the subject matter and business.  Our team consists of our Publishing department, editorial staff, marketing department, web site development and optimization department, and our advertising and creative department.  Each department is run by staff with a minimum of 10 years experience in their areas.
